Must have a heavy civil construction background working on ground down projects (waste water, water treatment, tunneling. underpinning, foundation, etc) NO RELO. Candidates must live in the NYC metro area. Mechanical or Civil Degree preferred but will consider candidates with no degree that have practical experience.
