They must have this experience from TI, Maxim, Linear, Intersil, National Semi or ADI
Primary responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for new high growth, high margin analog products that leverage SiFlare analog technology, lead teams in market validation for new products, formulate product strategies for new products, and manage application and product marketing engineers to achieve business objectives. Ideal candidate will have BSEE (MBA or MSEE a plus) and 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with an analog semiconductor company. Must have critical thinking and question formulation skills, ability to manage and motivate a high performance team, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Practical knowledge of analog ICs is highly desirable. Job will include some domestic and international travel.
