This position will be responsible for various standard and ad hoc financial analyses, assisting with preparation of monthly management review presentations and serve as business analyst liaison for assigned markets within the Company and Corporate functional areas (as needed). 

 

Major Responsibilities:

 

  1. Serve as Business Analyst, providing operations finance support (including business case preparation, operational analysis, and full P&L review & analysis) for assigned markets.
  2. Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management review presentations.
  3. Assist with preparation of forecasts for assigned markets.
  4. Assist with preparation of annual operating plans for assigned markets.
  5. Develop financial models as needed to support market/Division initiatives.
  6. Work closely with the Fleet team to review ongoing needs and analyze related financial impact to the Company. Provide support for additional spend analysis in the Fleet area, as needed.
  7. Facilitate the annual CAPEX budget process and analyze monthly spend versus budget. Assist with related investment analysis, as needed.
  8. Monitor monthly market key operating metrics (KPIs, as defined) across the company and identify opportunities for improvement.
  9. Monitor monthly market working capital trends across the Company and identify opportunities for improvement.
  10. Primary liaison with assigned Corporate functional areas for analysis and support.
  11. Adhoc analysis to support miscellaneous projects as they arise.
  12. Other duties as assigned by company management.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS
  1. Minimum education required—BA Degree in finance, accounting or related field. Secondary degree or certification preferred.
  2. Special skills required— Excellent analytical skills, P&L analysis, budgeting & forecasting.
  3. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and the ability to communicate within all levels of the organization.
  4. Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently and ability to manage competing priorities.
  5. Special knowledge required— Must be proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel & Power Point) and have ERP experience.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  1. Minimum experience required— 3 to 5 years in financial analysis role or related function
