Manage the construction project life cycle from design through equipment installation ensuring the successful handover and openings of multiple food and retail outlets.
Review and provide guidance on projects; design and concept plans, proposals, bids, project costs, critical paths and client guidelines.
Build and manage the teams; designers, builders and contractors required for each project to initialize, plan, execute and close out projects.
Prepare project reports for management, client and retail operators.
Communicate project details, documentation, status reports, work plans, presentations and updates to all levels.
5+ years’ experience managing large, complex enterprise projects for the restaurant and or retail industry.
Knowledge of design; Structure, mechanical, electrical, ventilation and plumbing.
Fast construction multi-tenant, multi-unit environment experience.
Engineering knowledge with relationships in the construction trade.
PMP and/or Lean Sigma certifications preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project and Visio programs.
Bluebeam Suite, Auto Cad and Adobe illustrator is preferred.
