This is a strategic hire for the company. You will contribute to the company’s leadership, business development, engineering, and employee management.
Requirements
? 10 - 15 years experience.
? Must have significant industrial-based structural engineering experience. This person will be leading a group of structural engineers and will be viewed by the group as the expert. Needs good project management understanding (although the position is not necessarily a PM slot).
? Some business development experience (can make presentations, make and grow relationships
? Experience in managing engineering/design groups
